You don’t need to be big to make the most out of Big Data.

Recently Matt was interviewed by the trend forecasting agency Future Laboratory in conjunction with LSN: Global. They wanted to explore the opportunities for smaller companies with Big Data and the insights that they can get from using their own data.

Matt explains that you don’t need to be a large company to use data in an engaging way, citing the Bibendum app Plonk as an example of how data can be used cleverly to learn more about your customers and consumers.
