Signal Noise is acquired by The Economist Group
By Matthew Falla
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Signal Noise by The Economist Group - the leading source of analysis on international business and world affairs from the Economist Intelligence Unit and publisher of The Economist - whose mission is to offer insight, analysis and services that are valued by their customers.
Our purpose has always been to help make sense of a complex world - to use design and technology to deliver clarity and inspiration. We’re very proud of everything the Signal Noise team has achieved over the last six years, not only in crafting great work but also in building a culture of collaboration and proactively helping to define a design discipline. Together with our colleagues at The Economist Group, we're incredibly excited by the opportunities this new partnership brings to create cutting-edge content and tools for a data-driven age.
Whilst we're joining The Economist Group family, Signal Noise will still operate as a stand alone company, working independently with our clients. Our brand, values and offering will remain unchanged and we will maintain the same team and leadership. But we’ll now be part of a global network of researchers, analysts, strategists and thought leaders. We believe that being part of this network will provide exciting opportunities for our team and our clients alike and we look forward to working to continue to push boundaries and empower people to use data in new ways.
